Please examine the fit and finish of our work. Below are a few examples, in no particular order. We invite you to visit each site to get the full effect.
This specialty pharmaceutical company works to discover, develop and licence drugs that use a unique delivery mechanism. We needed to present this company to a variety of target markets, in a style that is meaningful to everyone.
The site is very easy to navigate, and enhanced by a site search function can lead visitors directly to the topic of interest.
Overall, the site introduces complex information in a concise manner.
Homebuying isn't always easy. Our client wants to help his customers with this potentially complicated process by making clear information easy to find on his website.
Straightforward navigation choices lead customers directly to the type of inspection they may need. Photos and a video illustrate thermal imaging. Industry certifications add credibility.
Contact information is available on each page, and an easy to use "ask us" form makes contacting Hardhat Inspections very easy.
Locals and visitors alike take advantage of the wide variety of residential and business services offered at Mattapoisett Mailboxes. Our challenge was to organize the information in a way that will make sense to all clients using the site.
From "Packing and Shipping" to "Printing and Binding," we created navigation to guide customers quickly and easily to the information they need. A striking site design, catchy graphic elements and thoughtful photos add visual interest.
How do you convey the comfortable, old-fashioned feeling of a restored railway station while offering cheesecake online? Liberty Station came to us to solve that problem.
Online ordering of Harry's Famous Cheesecakes is the main feature on the web site, but it also has detailed menus and a full history of the historic railroad station restaurant.
"I like it just the way it is. I think you did a great job."
-- Harry Leist, Owner, Liberty Station
FullCircleConservationTaxCredit.com
We needed to help our customer explain what conservation tax credits are, as well as how and why to buy them. Because the whole conept is based on preserving working landscapes, we also had to define "working landscapes" for visitors.
Our client had strong ideas on the overall look and feel of the site. We were able to achieve those ideas, and create a useable navigation structure to make finding information easy. A strong visual concept draws visitors into the site, while beautiful photographs encourage people to look at all the pages. The photos also illustrate various types of working landscapes.
The client sells custom imprinted and embroidered sportswear to vendors nation-wide. Wholesale. The usual "shopping solutions" wouldn't work for them. So we built a new way of ordering - a two step process that is easier than a shopping cart. We also created a function for new retailers to sign on with our client. The best part is that staff can monitor orders, their clients, and the goods, all from their custom web-based application.
Besides the super-easy, efficient ordering process, we created some neat pages to present the products to potential customers, and to find out who near you may already be selling these cool clothes.
A law office serving Southwest Virginia was ready to have an updated custom site to replace a tired old template site.
Advantages of the new site include a more search-engine-friendly construction, and a thoughtful site structure. These features will make finding information much easier for potential clients.
The customer appreciates our excellent customer service and attention to detail. Constructing this site has proven to our customer and to us that a one-size template just doesn't do the job as well as a custom web site.
This long-running, very well known street festival had never had its own web site. The event has grown in size and scope over the 30+ years, and organizers decided it was time to have a dedicated site to promote Steppin' Out.
The site needed to convey the party atmosphere and creative aspects of music and art, present information to attendees and potential vendors, and enable volunteers to sign up to work the festival. The brief was direct: festive, fun and informative.
"LOOKS WONDERFUL!"
- Laureen Blakemore, Special Events Director
Downtown Blacksburg, Inc.
Solair sells to architects and builders, but the web site also needs to educate consumers about energy efficient geo-thermal, and their use of non-ozone depleting R 410a refrigerant.
The challenge was to present lots of technical specifications, without bogging a visitor down in details. We kept the site appealing and easy to navigate and met that challenge.
"The web site looks great! Thank you. "
- Donn Duncan, Jr., Solair
KirkCarter.com serves as an online portfolio and promotional vehicle for Kirk's fine art photography. The home page lists current exhibitions, shows and publications. The About page gives visitors the story of the artist behind the images, plus a resume of sorts: past shows, publications and awards.
Each portfolio page represents one of Kirk's ongoing photo series projects, with a self-running slide show visitors can watch or stop, and easily navigate through.
This site needs to reach consumers and contractors, with information on a wide range of concrete products.
Clearly labeled navigation choices give site visitors logical places to find the information they are looking for. From the decorative aspects of concrete, to the environmental and economic benefits of building with concrete, this site covers the details that commercial and residential customers need to know.
Dominion Accounting asked us to create a site that describes their top quality services and that makes it super easy for customers to find out what they want to know.
By breaking information down by service type and by location, we allow prospects to navigate whichever way they want to. Videos placed throughout the site provide an additional channel for conveying information.
Our challenge was to present a comprehensive project portfolio including work across a wide range of practice areas, appealing to prospects both in the United States and internationally. Muted colors and simple design allow focus on the site's content rather than on the site itself. Black and white images are accented by a change to color when a prospect mouses over the image.
Clear navigation allows easy movement through the site, and a search function provides direct access to project details or company information from every page.
A slowly changing montage of beautiful lakefront homes welcomes visitors to this site. A artistic design with curves and angles effectively presents the elegant architecture and beautiful surroundings of the homes. A variety of photos, including user-controlled tours of some homes, illustrates the quality and attention to detail found in homes by Conway Design Build.

"Thanks for everything and it really looks awesome!"
- Kenny Short, Kenny's Striper Guide Service
New York Times bestselling author Sharyn McCrumb needed a site design that would showcase her Ballad Novels, and provide a marketplace for visitors to buy the books online. Sound files in various formats allow shoppers to hear songs or readings before deciding on a purchase.
The site has kept pace as Sharyn has published more novels, and prepares to have a movie made from one of her books.

You have done a really fine job of putting it together
and getting the message across in an elegant and professional way."
